Messaging Terms Changes

Merchandise in original condition in original packaging may be returned for a refund (the cost of merchandise minus the shipping and a 10% handling fee) within 5 business days. Within 15 days, merchandise in original condition with original packaging may be returned for an exchange or store credit. Custom order deposits may be refunded (the amount of the deposit minus a 5% credit card processing fee) with in 5 business days. Finished custom design merchandise may not be returned.
Orders for in-stock items will ship within 72 hours of placing an order. We ship using an insured shipping service via UPS overnight delivery. Many items featured for sale on this Website are made by order, in which case, production time ranges from four to six weeks. In either case, you will be notified promptly of your order’s estimated delivery time. For shipping and insurance, a flat rate of $45 will be charged for orders under $10,000, or $60 for orders over $10,000.

Gemstones are routinely enhanced to improve their appearance by different methods. Rubies and sapphires are permanently heated and emeralds are periodically oiled with various resins. These enhancements are common and accepted by the trade. All gemstones are assumed to be enhanced unless stated as “natural”.
